Manzoni Santa Lucia Highlands Chardonnay 2006 (California) —
90 PT GOLD MEDAL 2008 BTI WORLD WINE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Ripe pear and tropical aromas of pineapple and banana accentuate the nose. Through the process of 'sur lee' aging the wine has developed a soft texture with medium weight and a yeasty/creamy character. A touch of citrus and French oak are also evident.

Teira Dry Creek Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2008 (California) —
The Estate Sauvignon Blanc strikes a beautiful balance between new world and old world style on the palate. Classic Sancerre-like aromas of minerals, lemon zest, and citrus on the nose. Light and crisp on the attack, the mid-palate shows strong tropical fruit notes of kiwi, grapefruit and tangerine.

The Stump Jump Lightly Wooded Chardonnay 2008 (Australia) —
Melons, yellow peach, pear and stone fruits on the nose give away the style of this fresh easy drinking Chardonnay. The palate picks up from the nose with refreshing tropical fruits and more yellow peach and pears. The mid palate is beautifully creamy with good weight and the small amount of barrel fermentation adds a touch of integrated spice.

pro-mis-Q-ous White Table Wine, NV (California)—
White Blend (Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Gewürztraminer) with a medium body and light, clean finish. Has aromas of melon, pear, tangerine, rose petal, lychee, lemon rind. No barrels used in vintage; aged in stainless steel tanks.

The Trimbach Pinot Blanc has a beautiful fruitiness; it is elegant and easy to understand. Ideal when poured by the glass, it is fresh and clean, medium-bodied with good fruit acidity, with a smooth finish.

Cave de Ribeauville Prestige Pinot Gris 2007 (Alsace, France) —
Racy nose with smoky dried fruits & apricot. The start is supple with fruit & the final is balanced, clean & without heaviness. Generous & well structured. The oldest wine co-operative in France, founded in 1895, all the fruit is meticulously handpicked.

Rudi Wiest Rhein River Riesling 2007 (Germany) —
Grown on unique, iron rich soil along the Rhein River. The aroma is of seductive tropical perfume spiked with orange blossoms, with peaches and apricots on the palate. The terroir of the red soils of the Rheinhessen is balanced perfectly with nervy, vibrant acidity leaving a mouthwatering, medium-dry finish.
